The client’s wanted to make this modest mid-century ranch home for their retirement with remodeled kitchen and baths, expanded dining and entertainment areas, new master suite, and guest bedroom in the existing garage. As master gardeners, we also worked closely with the Landscape Architect to provide ornamental elements, a working and functional vegetable and flower garden, and a series of quiet and meditative exterior spaces.
The recession in 2009 and beyond stopped the work from moving forward, but a full set of design and permit drawing exist for a potential new owner.
